Adjust the seat to the correct height and then position yourself in to the machine. Ensure that you have place your feet flat on the floor. Use underhand grip for the curl bar. Your chest should be snug against the top edge of the padded table and your arms extended.
Inhale and curl the machine bar towards you. Keep your elbow steady and contract your biceps while you curl the bar.
Once at the peak position, exhale and slowly begin to lower the machine back to the starting position. Ensure that you lower the weight slowely and feel the resistance even while lowering the weight. Take the bar all the way down to the start position and ensure your arms are fully extended. Repeat the entire cycle.
