The product also has a twister attached for your abs workout. There is also a dips handle for performing pushups. These are good adons that increase the value provided by the elliptical. There are wheels at the base of the product which will make it easy to move.
The major drawback of this product is the limited after sales support for assembly of the product. You are provided with an instructions manual but, you may find it difficult to assemble it fully. At least it will take multiple tries.
