IN2 Whey protein provides 25 gram of protein per serving ( serving size is 33 grams). The protein tastes good and comes in four flavours Rich Chocolate, Café Mocha, Cookies & Cream and Banana. IN2 Whey is said to be gluten free hence only top quality protein is included. It mixes easily in water or milk and you can even use spoon to mix it up. However the suggested use is to mix 1 scoop thoroughly in 200ml of cold water or milk and drink immediately after workout or strenuous activity.
It should be noted that IN2 Whey protein contains added artificial flavouring substance and artificial sweetener.
