Yoga Protein Bars, unlike the name suggests, these bars have nothing to do with yoga. Jokes apart, Yoga Protein bars are made to meet the protein needs for people among all age groups for men and women alike. With about 20-22 gm of protein in each bar, omega 3s, fibre and calcium, these bars are targeted towards the health-conscious young people who need a convenient on-the go yet healthy snack.

As per information available, Yoga Bars was started in August 2016 by two sisters Suhasini and Anandita Sampat Kumar. They mainly ventured into manufacturing out of a need to create an on-the-go snack, which is a combination of health, taste and natural ingredients.
While Suhasini and Anandita were working in New York, they felt a dire need to manufacture a healthy and natural snack bar in India. While healthy and natural snack or protein bars are widely manufactured in the U.S., Suhasini and Anandita realised that this is not the case with India.
