Quick and spicy chicken

Nothing is as tastier and satisfying as a spicy piece of chicken breast for the foodies who enjoy meat. Chicken breasts are lean sources of high protein. Chicken is a good and complete source of protein since it contains almost all essential sources of amino acids required to build or repair body tissues. Each serving of cooked chicken breast consists of about 26 grams of protein. In addition to protein it also contains other important vitamins and minerals like Vitamin B6, potassium, zinc, niacin.

Directions
1Marinate the pieces of chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons of wheat flour or corn flour and salt to taste.
2In a heating pan add about 3-4 teaspoons of olive oil. Add the marinated pieces of chicken breast and cover the pan with a lid.
3Let it cook on a low flame for about 5 minutes. Turn the pieces upside down and repeat for another 3-4 minutes until the chicken is finely cooked.
4Garnish it with some finely chopped coriander. Serve hot with some onion rings and lemon wedges.
